Why doesn't Memocept go through big marketplaces?
Marketplaces let almost anyone list a product. That makes it hard to know if a bottle is genuine, stored well, or still in date.
Supplements are sensitive to heat. The label says to store Memocept below 30°C (86°F). A bottle that sat in a hot truck or garage may not match what the label promises. You cannot see that history on a marketplace listing.

Seal intact

Panel matches
The Supplement Facts panel should list seven ingredients, from niacin 7.5 mg NE to beta-alanine 40 mg, per one capsule.

Capsule count
The panel says 30 capsules and 30 servings. Count if the fill looks low.
Base codes

Two label looks
Why do some Memocept photos show a different label?
Some product photos online show an older-looking Memocept label. It reads "60 Capsules", "Supports Memory*" and "Supports Clarity*", with a slightly different design.
The panel and the current pack shots both show 30 capsules, 30 servings. This site follows that panel. A different photo on a listing does not prove a fake, and a matching photo does not prove a bottle is real.

If something is off
What should you do if your Memocept order looks wrong?
Do not take capsules from a bottle that fails the checks. Set it aside and contact the seller you bought from.
Keep the bottle and packaging, take clear photos of the front, the panel and the base, and call +1 (507) 448-8190 with your order ID. If you bought elsewhere, go back to that seller, because our desk cannot see outside orders.
