What does the Memocept Supplement Facts label say?

The Memocept label names seven active ingredients and gives an amount for each one, per single capsule.

Every readable line of the label is typed out after the image, with nothing reworded.

Two designs

Why do some Memocept photos show a different label?

Some product photos show an older-looking bottle that reads "60 Capsules," "Supports Memory*" and "Supports Clarity*."

The Supplement Facts panel and the brand's pack shots we received both say 30 capsules and 30 servings. This site follows that panel. We do not know whether the older design is still in circulation.

Check the bottle you receive

Read the capsule count on the front and the serving line on the panel. If your bottle says 60 capsules or lists different amounts, call +1 (507) 448-8190 before you open it.

The batch check guide shows where the lot number and best-before date print.

The numbers

How much of each Memocept ingredient is in one capsule?

Arginine in two forms is the largest share, at 400 mg of the 665.5 mg total. The table adds each ingredient's share of the capsule weight, which the label does not print.

Daily Value

What do the Memocept %DV numbers mean?

The %DV column shows how much of a daily target one capsule covers. Only niacin and calcium have a Daily Value, so the five amino acids get a double asterisk instead (FDA, Labeling guide).

Niacin: 47% is a real amount

The Daily Value for niacin is 16 mg, and 7.5 mg is just under half of it. The upper limit for niacin from supplements is 35 mg a day, set to avoid skin flushing (ODS, Niacin). Add up niacin from any multivitamin or B-complex you already take.

Calcium: a trace, and a rounding quirk

The calcium Daily Value is 1,300 mg, so 18 mg works out to about 1.4%. The label prints 1.5%. Calcium carbonate is about 40% calcium, so the capsule holds roughly 45 mg of the carbonate salt (ODS, Calcium). That is far too little to count toward bone health.

Amino acids: no daily target

Arginine, citrulline and beta-alanine have no official intake goal. To judge their size, compare them with the amounts used in research, as the ingredient guide does.

Inactive

What are the other ingredients in Memocept?

The label lists three other ingredients: Hypromellose (Vegetable capsule), Vegetable Stearate, Silicon Dioxide. They form the capsule and help the powder flow in the filling machine.

Shell

Hypromellose

A plant-based cellulose that forms the vegetable capsule. No gelatin is listed.

Flow aid

Vegetable stearate

A fat-based lubricant that keeps powder from sticking to equipment.

Anti-caking

Silicon dioxide

A fine mineral powder that stops clumping in the bottle.

No gluten, dairy or soy ingredient is named on the panel. No allergen test result was supplied.

Warnings

What cautions are printed on the Memocept label?

The label prints three warning lines, and they are worth reading before the first capsule. They read, word for word:

From the label

"Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers. Consult with a physician prior to use especially if you are taking a medication or have a medical condition." "KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. DO NOT USE IF SAFETY SEAL IS DAMAGED OR MISSING."

Storage: "Store this product in a cool, dry place below 30°C (86°F)." A bathroom cabinet above a hot shower is a poor spot. A kitchen cupboard away from the stove works better.

Blood pressure medicines are the main interaction to ask about. The side effects page explains why.

Our read

Is the Memocept label good? Strengths and gaps

The Memocept label is more open than most focus products, but openness also shows how small the doses are.

What the label does well

  • Every ingredient has a printed amount
  • Salt forms are named (HCl, malate, AKG, carbonate)
  • Clear serving size and servings per bottle
  • Plain cautions and a storage limit

Where it falls short

  • Arginine and citrulline sit far below studied amounts
  • The calcium %DV is rounded up
  • "Optimized Memory" wording has no study behind it
  • The printed web line has a typo

Front panel

What do the claims on the front of Memocept mean?

The front claims are structure/function statements, which describe a goal rather than a proven effect. Each carries an asterisk that points to the FDA statement: the agency has not evaluated them (FDA, Supplement Q&A).

  • "Supports Focus, Memory & Mental Clarity"
  • "Supports Focus*"
  • "Optimized Memory*"
  • "Improved Clarity*"

Sellers still need solid evidence for such claims. Federal regulators have acted against memory supplements whose claims went too far (FTC, Prevagen ruling). For how the evidence stacks up, read the Memocept benefits review.

Origin

Who makes Memocept, according to the label?

The label says "Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients." It names a distributor, not a factory.

FAQ

Memocept Supplement Facts FAQ

How many capsules are in a bottle of Memocept?

Thirty, according to the Supplement Facts panel. One capsule is one serving, so a bottle lasts 30 days.

Does Memocept use a proprietary blend?

No. Each of the seven ingredients has its own printed amount.

Why is there no %DV for arginine?

Arginine, citrulline and beta-alanine have no official Daily Value, so the label marks them with a double asterisk.

Is the Memocept capsule vegetarian?

The shell is hypromellose, a plant-based material, and no gelatin is listed. No vegetarian certifier is named.

My bottle says 60 capsules. Is that wrong?

Older product photos show a 60-capsule design. Check the bottle you receive and call +1 (507) 448-8190 if it does not match the 30-capsule panel.

Does Memocept contain caffeine?

No caffeine or other stimulant appears on the panel.
