The terms cover your use of gomemocept.com and any Memocept order placed through its links. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

How does a Memocept order work under these terms?
An order is complete when checkout confirms it and you receive an order email. Until then, no contract exists.
Pick a pack
Choose 2, 3 or 6 bottles on the Memocept pricing page. Each bottle holds 30 capsules, a 30-day supply.
Check out
The price, taxes and shipping cost appear at checkout before you pay. Checkout runs on a secure order processor.
Get your order email
Keep it. It holds your order ID, which you need for tracking and for any refund claim.
Receive the parcel
Orders ship from the U.S. unless the sales page says otherwise. Tracking arrives by email.
We may cancel an order if the price shown was plainly wrong, if stock runs out or if the order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, you get a full refund of anything charged.
Payment
How are Memocept prices and payments handled?
Prices are set by the seller and shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. This website does not list prices, because the checkout page is the only place they are kept current.
Payment is taken by the payment processor at checkout. Gomemocept never receives your full card number. Charges appear on your statement under the name the checkout shows.
Prices can change without notice. The price confirmed in your order email is the one that applies to your order.
Delivery
How are Memocept shipping, delivery and damaged parcels handled?
Orders ship from the U.S. unless the sales page says otherwise. The shipping cost and delivery estimate appear at checkout, and tracking arrives in your order email.
Risk in the parcel passes to you when the carrier marks it delivered. Please check the address at checkout, because a parcel sent to a wrong address you entered may not be replaceable.

- If a bottle arrives open, cracked or with a broken seal, do not use it. Call the desk and keep the packaging.
- If a parcel shows delivered but you cannot find it, check with neighbors first, then call the desk.

Every order carries a money-back guarantee of 60 days from purchase, unless the sales page prints a longer window. It is a purchase policy, not a promise of any health result.

- Refund issued
Refunds take 3-5 business days after the returned bottles are credited, then 5-10 days for your card issuer to post it.

Product use
What must you agree to about using Memocept?
You agree to follow the label. Memocept is a dietary supplement, not a drug, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Do not exceed recommended dose. Not for use by individuals under the age of 18 or pregnant or nursing mothers. Consult with a physician prior to use especially if you are taking a medication or have a medical condition.
Store bottles as the label directs and keep them out of reach of children. Keep your order email until the last bottle is used, in case you need the order ID.
