About Gomemocept: The Authorized Memocept Retailer and the Editorial Desk Behind the Site
Gomemocept is the USA Authorized Memocept Retailer. We sell Memocept and earn money when you order through our links, but we do not make it. The label names GEX Corporation LLP of Ogden, Utah, as distributor. The Memocept Editorial Desk writes every page from the label and public sources, and we list no invented experts.
Who we are
Who runs the Memocept website at gomemocept.com?
Gomemocept runs it. We are the USA Authorized Memocept Retailer, and the pages are written by a team we call the Memocept Editorial Desk.
We are not the manufacturer. We did not design the formula, and we do not run the factory. Our job is to sell the product and to explain its label as plainly as we can.

Our role
What does "authorized Memocept retailer" mean?
It means we are approved to sell Memocept and to send buyers to the official checkout. It does not mean we control the formula or the label.
We sell
Order buttons on the site lead to the secure checkout. Your order ID is then on file with the phone desk that handles refunds.
We earn
We make money when you buy through our links. That is the business, and we would rather say it up front.
We explain
We write about the product from its label. When the label or the brief leaves a gap, we mark it "Not published".
Why buy here rather than elsewhere? Mostly for the refund path. See where to buy Memocept for the details.
On the label
Who is named on the Memocept label?
The label names a distributor: GEX Corporation LLP, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404. It prints the phone number +1 (507) 448-8190, which is the same line as our order desk.
The label also prints a web line as "CONTACTCOSTUMERCS.COM". We copy it as printed, spelling included. The sales email that actually handles orders is [email protected].
For origin, the label says: "Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients." The files we received do not name the factory or the country of each ingredient.

Method
How does the Memocept Editorial Desk write its pages?
Every page starts from the label and ends with a source you can open. We follow the same five steps each time.
Read the label first
Amounts, suggested use and cautions come from the printed panel, not from ad copy.
Check each claim
We compare ingredients with public sources such as the NIH Office of Dietary Supplements (ODS, Exercise supplements) and the National Institute on Aging (NIA, Cognitive health).
Attribute the brand's words
Lines like "Supports Focus" appear in quotes with "the label says". They are the brand's claims, not our findings.
Mark the gaps
No prices, no lab report and no product trial were supplied. We say so instead of filling the space.
Date the change
When a fact is corrected, the "Last updated" date at the top of the page moves forward.
Hard lines
What will the Memocept site never publish?
- Star ratings, review counts or customer quotes we cannot verify.
- Promises that Memocept improves memory or focus.
- Prices we were not given.
- Names, photos or degrees of experts who do not exist.
- Any hint of FDA sign-off. By law, FDA does not approve supplements for safety and effectiveness (FDA, Approval myths).
Bylines
Why does the Memocept site list no named doctors or staff?
Because we will not invent them. Many supplement sites show a smiling "medical reviewer" with a degree you cannot trace. We have no physician on staff, so we show none.
The pages carry one byline: the Memocept Editorial Desk. That is an honest description of who writes them. A team at a retailer, working from the label and public research.
The brand uses a badge with those words. No physician is named in the files we received, so we describe the badge and do not vouch for it.
The same rule covers images. People in brand photos are models. We explain the badges one by one on testing and quality.
Money
How does Gomemocept make money from Memocept?
We earn money on each order placed through our buttons. That is how the site is paid for.
Earning from sales creates a pull toward praise. We push back on it by printing the weak spots next to the strong ones. You will find the small amino-acid amounts on the ingredients page, and the missing reviews explained on the reviews page.
| Pressure | What we do about it |
|---|---|
| To overstate benefits | Quote only the label claims, with attribution |
| To hide weak spots | Publish them on the product pages |
| To add social proof | Show no reviews until one can be verified |
| To push the biggest pack | Point out that even 2 bottles cover the 60-day window |
| To quote prices we lack | Say "price at checkout" instead |
Corrections
How do you report an error on the Memocept site?
Email [email protected], Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm ET. Tell us the page and the line, and send a photo of your label if it differs from ours.
We check the report against the label and the source, then fix the page and update the date. If your bottle shows a label version we have not seen, we add it to the batch verify page so other buyers know what to look for.
The website inbox cannot open orders. For tracking, changes or refunds, call +1 (507) 448-8190.
Sources
Which sources does the Memocept Editorial Desk rely on?
Government and peer-reviewed sources, linked so you can read them yourself. These are the ones we lean on most for rules and background.
- Niacin: Fact Sheet for Health Professionals. NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, 2022.Adult RDA 16 mg NE (men) and 14 mg NE (women); DV 16 mg. The upper limit for supplemental niacin is 35 mg, set to avoid skin flushing.
- Dietary Supplements for Exercise and Athletic Performance: Fact Sheet for Health Professionals. NIH Office of Dietary Supplements, 2026.Arginine studies used 2-20 g a day (most often 2-10 g); citrulline up to 6-9 g; beta-alanine 4-6 g a day, with tingling from about 800 mg. The sheet covers exercise, not memory.
- Dietary Supplements and Cognitive Function, Dementia, and Alzheimer's Disease: What the Science Says. National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, 2022.No conclusive evidence for ginkgo, omega-3s, vitamin E or B vitamins in preventing or slowing cognitive decline. Arginine, citrulline and beta-alanine are not covered.
- Cognitive Health and Older Adults. National Institute on Aging, 2024.No vitamin or supplement is recommended for preventing Alzheimer's or cognitive decline. Aim for 150 minutes of activity a week and 7-9 hours of sleep; controlling blood pressure matters.
- Questions and Answers on Dietary Supplements. U.S. Food and Drug Administration, 2026.FDA does not have the authority to approve dietary supplements before they are marketed; structure/function claims need the standard FDA statement.
- Health Products Compliance Guidance. Federal Trade Commission, 2022.Health claims need competent and reliable scientific evidence, generally randomized controlled trials; customer stories are never enough.
Every source used on the site is listed on the page where it is cited. A citation link opens the original, not a summary we wrote.
